Via the ‘x’, ‘y’ gantry this unit can be configured to house a range of semi-automatic vision appliances as well as pick and place modules, interface with conveyor PLC. Equally adaptable for manual assembly and rework, the unit has a multi-control function, which allows for:

• Buffer/Work/Buffer Control

• Pass through

• Selectable inspection stop control, allowing operators to predetermine the number of PCB’s that will stop for the inspection, allowing for the balance to ‘pass through’. this allows the operator to attend to other duties in the knowledge that the beacon symbol will indicate when the PCB due for inspection is in position.
