Board De-Stacker/Re-Stacker
The CooperRason De-stacker module provides automatic bare-board delivery to the screen printing process in SMT assembly lines. Boards are released from the bottom of the stack and delivered to the printer ‘on demand’ via the SMEMA control interface. The op-loading feature allows new boards to be added to the stack without interruption of the delivery cycle. System operational, stack low and unit empty status information is communicated via a two-colour beacon. The De-stacker has a pass-through operating mode for applications where double sided boards are to be produced on a single side line.
The De-stacker is easily adjusted to accommodate boards of differing size and thickness. The nominal stack capacity is 100 boards x 1.6mm thick.
The Re-stacker operates in reverse, receiving and stacking populated PCB’s.
