Designed to link top and bottom side processes in double-sided SMT assembly line applications, managing indvidual board transactions 'on-demand' via SMEMA control interfaces. The Board Inverter is easily adjusted to accomodate different board widths and its 'head over heels' mode of operation maintains the fixed rail configuration of the assembly line.

the inverting mechanism comprises edge transport drives above and below the PCB, ensuring positive control of board movement through the feed/invert/exit routine. Outrigger drive sub-assemblies may be added to the unit to provide extra buffer positions and assist with the physical interface to neigbouring machines.
