Designed to handle printed circuit boards or pallets to a maximum size of 300mm long x 380mm wide. The FIFO/LIFO element houses a 50 PCB capacity removable 'wez' rack, and is designed to give the facility for smoothing out imbalances in cycle time between production processes in PCB assembly lines.
Incorporated into this new design is the 'Inverter/flip' section, rendering the module the ideal unit for storage between topside and bottomside placement. The inverting mechanism comprises edge transport drives above and below the PCB, ensuring positive control of board movement through the feed/invert/exit routine.
The maximum length required to house the total unit is 1500mm.
